  • At this time, Kinnunen Sales ships merchandise to locations within the contiguous United States The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Orders are usually shipped within one-two business days via standard ground delivery. Some items are built to order and take longer to ship. We pride ourselves in excellent service and will deliver the products you purchase as quickly as possible.

    Items that include free shipping may be sent via USPS or UPS. Please note in comments section if US Mail or UPS does not allow delivers to your physical address.

  • Kinnunen Sales charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site and shipped to an address in the state of Oklahoma based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the zip code to which the order is being shipped.



  • Return Policy

  • As our valued customer, your satisfaction with our products and service is important to us. If you are unhappy with a product, we want to know. All returns must include a return authorization that can be obtained by calling us at 888-595-4411 prior to sending any product back to us. Returns on unused products in the condition and packaging as received will be accepted for full refund within 30 days of receipt of your order or according to the manufacturer’s guarantee, if applicable.

    Never send a package to the manufacturer, unless we instruct you to do so. Please be aware that any item being returned directly to a manufacturer, without our authorization, even when covered by a “Satisfaction Guarantee” may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

    Shipping is not refundable unless the product is defective or an error on our part occurred (product shipped is not the product ordered).
